Katelyn came into my bedroom Tuesday morning and said, "Mommy wake up it snowed!" I looked out my window and sure enough, it was all white and still snowing! So we all got dressed for the cold and headed outside to play in the snow. It was so much fun! We built three snowmen in our backyard and made snow angels and threw snowballs and knocked down towers built of snow. I am so glad we played in it because by the next day all the snow was pretty much melted. I never thought it would snow this much in New Mexico!

I'm with you. Totally surprised! But how fun! So glad you took the time to play. Many times those moments are fleeting.
